We may train on the Ottawa River right in the city—or we may travel up to 1 hr east or west of the city to access the best sites, depending on water levels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe’ll start at our meeting location with some on-land training. We’ll then carpool to our first river site.
