What's included

8 hours total, led by a senior instructor/consultant — after a short intake, we assign the most appropriate expert for your project and loop in specialists if helpful.
Your choice of 3 x 60-minute video calls or 2 x 90-minute calls, plus 5 hours of background work (research, document review, drafting, and outreach to our expert network).
Intake survey or call to confirm goals, context, and constraints.
Private to your organization — invite the right stakeholders; sessions can be recorded on request, and we can provide summary notes.
Delivered in English or French.

What we work on (typical engagements)

Program risk management review, hazard ID, controls, decision points, rescue plans; pragmatic, field-ready improvements.
Designing or refreshing a program: scope, staffing, training pathways, SOPs, gear lists, site selection, emergency response plans.
Regulatory compliance check: align practices with workplace regulations and standards; produce a prioritized action list and documentation for internal review.
Post-course implementation: convert new skills into procedures, briefings, and drills that teams will actually follow.

How it works

Intake (10-20 minutes): quick survey or call to define scope and priorities; we then match you with the best-fit senior expert.
Scheduling: book your sessions before or after your course; we'll align timing to your goals.
Deep work: up to 5 hours of background research, review, and drafting by your consultant (including outreach to subject-matter experts as needed).
Working sessions: 3 x 60 or 2 x 90 minutes to align decisions, review drafts, and finalize; recordings and summary notes available on request.
Wrap-up: receive your agreed deliverables and a short implementation plan. If the size of your organization or the scope requires more time, we'll recommend and confirm it first; additional hours are billed at CA$200/hour.
