Women practicing swiftwater rescue on women's only whitewater rescue courses

Such an amazing course! The instructors Rianna and Zofia were incredible and extremely competent and knowledgeable. I learned so much. The all women’s course really created a safe learning environment for everyone.

We just completed the women's only whitewater river rescue course with Arianna and Sofia in Ottawa. It was excellent! Lots of skill building in a safe and warm atmosphere. Our instructors really knew their stuff but they also had the soft skills as well! Highly recommend this course!
