WFR Ultralight First Aid Kit

You can add this on when you register for any wilderness medical course with us. We'll have it ready for you on day 1 of your course!

The kit is designed to give you essential items for basic life support — in a lightweight package. You can carry it on it's own, add things to it, or it can be a module in a bigger kit. 

First aid kit contents

☑️ Waterproof silicone zip seal bag
☑️ CPR Face shield CPR Face shield 
☑️ Tourniquet - CAT Gen 7
☑️ Emergency blanket
☑️ (2) Compressed gauze
☑️ Nasopharyngeal airway
☑️ (2) Gloves
☑️ (2) Honey packets
☑️ (10) Aquatabs
☑️ Mini labeled ziplocks (for medication)
☑️ Self-adherent wrap 

We recommend 

  • Add 2 life saving drugs:
    • Epinephrine (most orgs carry at min. 2 doses)
    • ASA 81mg chewable x 2
  • Always carry a knife and lighter in the backcountry
